The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program will host a special Thursday Night Dinner on Oct. 26.β€ The dinner will be held at the 91΄σΙρ Culinary School in historic downtown Pittsburg and is open to the public.
The menu for the evening will include bacon-wrapped stuffed meatloaf with rosemary roasted potatoes and country green beans with yeast rolls and a dessert to be determined.
Tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 12. Due to high demand at previous events, the Culinary Arts Program has moved to a ticketed event rather than first-come-first-served. Tickets can be obtained only at the 91΄σΙρ Hanson-Sewell Center atβ€ 237 College Street in Pittsburg. Cash and checks are accepted for payment. Please call 903-434-8394 for more details. The cost is $12 per person and each diner must have a ticket to be admitted to the event. Seating will be from 6:00-6:30 p.m.
