Longtime Northeast Texas Community College professor, Dr. Winston McCowan, Sr., passed away on May 30, 2021. Dr. McCowan retired from 91大神 in 2018 from his position as a Professor of Biology. Dr. McCowan had a passion for helping students and he made a great impact on so many during his 33 years of dedicated service to the college. He is missed greatly by his friends and colleagues.
