Jaidyn Taylor Thompson, of Jenkins in Morris County has become the 2020 Texas Heritage National Bank (THNB) Scholar of 91大神. Chairman of the Board of THNB, John Bryan, made this official, 27 August. This $4,000 scholarship goes to a top Presidential Scholar of the 91大神 Honors Program. Thompson, will inherit this prestigious designation from other previous vanguard students of 91大神: Mercedes Collins, now at Grand Canyon University in Arizona; Jordan Whelchel, now at Rice University; Cassidy Watkins, now working at the San Marcos Treatment Center, and Emmalea Shaw, now working toward her doctorate in physical therapy at the North Texas State medical campus in Fort Worth.

Food drive for Eagle food pantry flyer

We are still in need of donations for The Eagle Food Pantry. All donations can be dropped off at my office.

The Office of Student Activities, Student Government Association, Social Work Club and The Wesley Fellowship Center are partnering together to host a campuswide food drive to support The Eagle Pantry. The food drive will be October 29-December 6, 2018.

Please join us in congratulating the following employees on receiving funding for their projects through the Whatley Employee Enhancement Fund.

Northeast Texas Community College will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 21 through Friday, Nov. 23 for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume classes and regular business hours on Monday, Nov. 26.
